Low Calorie Balanced Diet

A balanced diet supplies the nutrients your body needs to work effectively. Without a balanced diet, your body is prone to disease, infection and lower performance.

It is also important to note that what is healthy for one person may not work for another. That’s why you will work with our coach to develop a diet and exercise plan made just for YOUR body.

Fiber

Dietary fiber is a plant-based nutrient that is sometimes called roughage or bulk. It is also split into two categories, soluble and insoluble. Fiber is a type of carbohydrate, but unlike other carbs, it cannot be broken down into digestible sugar molecules.

Fiber has a number of benefits in weight management! It can lower cholesterol levels, control blood sugar levels, and high-fiber foods tend to leave you  satisfied longer, resulting in less consumption.

Food Allergy

Food intolerance is a sub allergic mode that stops some functionalities of the metabolism. As a result, if you continue to eat food to which you are sensitive it may manifest in weight gain.

A delayed food intolerance can cause chronic inflammatory reactions in the body. Our antibodies then influence the metabolic process leading to weight gain. You may have food sensitivities causing you digestive stress and causing you to  have a slower metabolism. That is why the one-size-fits-all diet industry has a failure rate of 84%.

Endocrine System

The Endocrine System is a series of glands that produce and secrete hormones that the body uses for a wide range of functions. These control many different bodily functions, including: Respiration, Metabolism, Reproduction, Sensory Perception, Movement, Sexual Development and Growth.

The Endocrine system controls aspects of metabolism and hormone production. Therefore, it plays a part in weight by influencing appetite, fat accumulation, blood sugar and energy levels.

Thermogenesis

Thermogenesis refers to the process of creating heat within the body. It is closely linked to metabolism since the body burns calories in order to produce the resulting heat.

Thermogenesis can have a significant influence on weight loss. This is because it burns calories which  can help you avoid a positive energy balance (the main cause of weight gain.) In combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise, inducing thermogenesis is an effective way to lose weight by burning body fat.

Autonomic Nervous System

The Autonomic Nervous System is a component of the peripheral nervous system that is responsible for regulating involuntary body functions.

After the Autonomic  Nervous System receives information about the body and external environment, it responds by stimulating the body processes.

Toxin Buildup

As you interact with your environment, exposure to other heavy metals, chemical toxins, medications, pesticides, herbicides and additives, hormones and antibiotics in our food supply continue to stress our body’s built-in detoxification system.

All of these chemicals and toxins need to be processed by the body and eliminated in a safe manner. The trouble is that our body becomes overloaded and toxins build up in the liver and digestive system, this leads to weight gain hormone imbalances and loss of energy.

Exercise

A well-balanced exercise program can improve general health, build endurance and slow many of the effects of aging. The benefits of exercise not only improve physical health, but also enhance emotional well-being.

Regardless of weight loss,  both aerobic exercise and resistance training have been shows to diminish risk factors for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
