What are the Effects of Obesity and how do we Correct it?
Obesity is directly associated with the leading causes of death in the United States, and worldwide. Obesity diminishes our quality of life in almost every area and disables our body’s ability to function properly and efficiently.
Individuals that are overweight or obese are at increased risk of many serious disease processes and health conditions. These can include but are not limited to, hypertension, high LDL or low LDL cholesterol, high levels of triglycerides, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, clinical depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
In most, cases these issues can be avoided and corrected by addressing the 8 Pillars of Perfect Health. DTS health coach Howard says, “Dr. Prather has cornered the most effective approach to correcting obesity I have seen in over fifteen years of aiding patients to maintain or regain their health.” This rebuilding approach includes diagnostics and corrective processes. These techniques focus in the area of Low-Calorie Balanced Diet, Fiber, supplementation, food allergy, the Endocrine System, the Autonomic Nervous System, Thermogenesis, Toxin Buildup, and healthy Exercise.
With this approach, we can customize our quality of life to be perceived the way we truly deserve to experience it while regaining control of our bodies!
